Eden Health is founded by Dr. Mohamad Elzaim, M.D, who specializes in Direct Primary Care and Wellness services helping clients all over the DFW metroplex. Our membership consists of a monthly subscription, where clients can have direct access to their physician, without having to go through a nurse, secretary, or office manager. This leads to a more meaningful relationship with the physician and patient. In addition, we offer a variety of other healthcare services, such as weight loss, hormone replacement, peptides, and more.
