He completed MBBS and MS from the reputed Stanley medical college, Chennai and later went tonto UK to completed his MRCS from the Royal college of Surgeons, Edinburgh. He is also a member of various associations as well as societies. He is presently the member of Tamilnadu medical council, all India ophthalmologic society and Indian medical association.
