Healing Path Counselling Services in Rockwood, Ontario is a home-based private practice in a picturesque setting. Services for children (aged 5+), adolescents, and adults. Mental health counselling services with a focus on therapy for teenagers, grief counselling and trauma counselling. The main approach used is Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) which looks at challenging and changing unhelpful thoughts, emotions and behaviours and developing positive coping strategies.
